She was born on the 29th of March, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Gerina is the name given to her. of her. Gerina Stevenson is a native of Mexico in the family of Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. The mother of two is a Mexican by blood however she has an American citizenship. Her desire to play sports was born as a child. Gerina was a golfer for the first time at age 15. Gerina finished her High School studies through Goddard High School. She won the New Mexico State Golf Tournament at the age of high school. She was a volleyball player and also competed in state competitions. Her first college was in the University of Texas. She was the only winner of all events she took part in throughout her senior year. In the course of her undergraduate studies, she earned the titles of Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the year.
